About PartnerProof — Editorial Standards & Who We Are
Last reviewed: 2026-10-14
We help couples build a clear relationship timeline. PartnerProof is a privacy-first tool that turns WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and iMessage exports into organized PDF evidence packets for visa and immigration applications. All parsing and PDF generation happens entirely in your browser — your files never leave your device.
We are not a law firm or immigration consultancy. PartnerProof is a document formatting tool that helps you present your own evidence clearly. The PDF we generate is not a legal document and does not guarantee visa approval. See our Terms of Service for the full disclaimer.
1. What we publish
2. Editorial standards
Immigration is high-stakes content. Inaccurate information can cost people time, money, and — in the worst case — a visa refusal. We hold every guide and article on this site to the following standards:
- Cite official sources. Every specific claim about forms, agencies, time limits, or legal requirements is checked against the relevant government source (e.g. IRCC, USCIS, UKVI, IND, SEM, IBZ) and that source is linked from the page.
- Avoid stale numbers. Processing times, fees, and income thresholds change. Where a number would go stale quickly, we either hedge (“varies — see official source”) or include a freshness note pointing to the agency website.
- Honest positioning. Chat logs are not a mandated document in most jurisdictions. We explicitly describe when they are required, when they are supplemental, and when they are weak or off-topic. We never overstate what our PDF does.
- No legal advice. We do not represent applicants, give legal advice, or guarantee outcomes. Every article links to the relevant official source and recommends consulting a qualified immigration lawyer for case-specific guidance.
- Visible review dates. Each guide and article shows a “Last reviewed” date so you can see when we last fact-checked the content.
3. Who reviews our content
Content is written and reviewed by the PartnerProof Editorial Standards Team — a small in-house team that fact-checks every guide against the relevant official immigration source before publication and re-checks high-traffic pages periodically. For complex case-specific questions, we link to external official sources rather than improvising answers.
