Terms of Service — PartnerProof

1. Acceptance

By using partner-proof.com (“the Service”) you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is, and is not

It is:

• A browser-based tool that parses your WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and iMessage exports and your photos.
• A formatter that produces a chronological relationship timeline PDF and a labelled ZIP bundle of your evidence.
• A privacy-first utility: all parsing and PDF generation happens entirely in your browser. Your files never leave your device.

It is not:

• A law firm, immigration consultancy, or registered immigration representative.
• A legal document, certified record, or any kind of official statement by a government authority.
• A guarantee, prediction, or representation about whether your visa application will succeed.
• A substitute for advice from a licensed immigration lawyer or consultant in your destination country.

3. Not legal advice — we only help build a clear timeline

Immigration decisions depend on national law, case-specific facts, and the discretion of the reviewing officer. PartnerProof does not provide legal or immigration advice. What we do is narrowly defined:

We help you build a clear, chronological relationship timeline from your own chat exports, photos, and supporting documents — organised, deduplicated, and formatted to the conventions of your destination country (paper size, date format, exhibit labels).

We do not assess the strength of your case, decide what evidence you should submit, or interact with any government authority on your behalf. Every guide and article on this site links to the relevant official source and recommends consulting a qualified immigration professional for case-specific advice. See our editorial standards.

4. Your responsibilities

• You confirm that you have the legal right to upload and process the chat exports, photos, and documents you use with the Service. Where local law requires it, you have informed the other participants of your processing.
• You will not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to use.
• You will not use the Service to fabricate, alter, or misrepresent evidence. The output is a faithful presentation of the data you provide; you are responsible for ensuring that the underlying data is accurate.
• You understand that your destination immigration authority is the only body that can decide what evidence it accepts and how it will be weighed.

5. Payments, refunds, and the Pro plan

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy acting as Merchant of Record. We do not store your payment-card data; Lemon Squeezy handles billing, VAT, and sales tax globally.

The Individual plan is a one-time purchase for a single evidence packet. The Pro plan is a recurring subscription with unlimited evidence bundles and white-label branding for immigration professionals. Subscriptions renew automatically; you can cancel any time from the billing portal linked in your purchase email.

Because the Service delivers a digital product the moment you generate a PDF, refunds for completed evidence packets are handled on a case-by-case basis. If something didn’t work as advertised, email inquiries@partner-proof.com within 14 days and we’ll work with you in good faith.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PartnerProof provides the Service “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind (express, implied, or statutory), including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event will PartnerProof, its operators, or its contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including, without limitation, damages for visa refusal, application delay, lost opportunity, or any decision by an immigration authority — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Your sole remedy is to stop using the Service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will bump the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
